Upload your photo. Selfies aren’t ideal, so we recommend uploading at least 3 photos to choose from in case one doesn’t work out. Closer and clearer photos help us capture more details! A photo taken from the waist up usually gives the best results.

Enter your text in the Text & Thread Color section. Keep in mind longer texts will be sized down to fit in the box where "TEXT HERE" appears in the second photo.

If you selected a sleeve detail, describe your text in the box below — include what you’d like stitched, thread color, and placement.

Please note: the sleeve embroidery area is about 3 inches, so the more text you add, the smaller it will appear.

If no side is mentioned, embroidery will be placed on the right sleeve by default 🩵

If you personalize your order such as different design letter thread/sweater color than the one pictured or added sleeve details, refunds are not accepted. Once items have been embroidered we're not able to remove or change them, so personalization makes them difficult for us to sell to anyone else. Please ensure you've double checked your order & sizing accordingly before checking out.

Upload the photo of your choosing. Keep in mind the closer up and clearer the photo, the more details we can add to the design. We recommend a photo taken from the waist up for people, and for pets, the pattern/colors of the pet will affect the details, so we recommend a photo taken in the sitting position for the best results.

You can add text at the bottom of the Polaroid! Select your thread color in the Text & Thread Color section. Limit of 1 color selection. Longer texts will be sized down to fit in the box.

Sleeve details are available as a name, initials, a single initial with a heart, or a date via the appropriate variant selection:

Matching Hand Hearts are a separate add-on and must be added and customized individually.

All sweaters are unisex sizing, fit true to size, and come preshrunken, so no worries about throwing them in the dryer.
