👚 What brand do you use for sweaters?

We use a small local brand named AMS. However our supplier from time to time sells out on select colors/sizes, we'll reach out if there ever is an issue!

🧺 Can I bring my own item to be embroidered?

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own item. However, not all fabrics are ideal for embroidery — for example, thin or stretchy materials may not hold up well to detailed stitching. We recommend thicker materials for complex logos.

Bringing your own item typically costs $15–$50, depending on size, placement, and design complexity.

Here’s how it works:

    • Bring your item to our kiosk for a free assessment
    • We’ll give you a quote and timeline
    • If you decide to proceed, you'll sign a waiver
    • Payment is made upfront
    • We’ll contact you when your item is ready for pickup

🚚 Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We offer both U.S. shipping and local pickup at our kiosk. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

How long do orders take?

Turnaround time is usually up to 1.5 weeks, depending on order volume and holidays.
Premade designs may be ready same day or next day if your size/color is in stock.

We’re in the middle aisle between Market Broiler & Columbia.

🕒 What are your kiosk hours?

    • Mon–Thurs: 10am–8pm
    • Fri–Sat: 10am–9pm
    • Sunday: 11am–8pm
      Hours may vary due to weather, holidays, or emergencies.

📩 Can I place an order through Instagram DMs?

We don’t process full orders via DM, but feel free to message us with questions, custom ideas, or to get help with the site!

🎨 Do you accept custom designs or inspo photos?

Yes! Upload your inspo photo, sketch, or logo when placing your order — or DM it to us first for a quote.
We don’t copy other artists’ work exactly, but we’ll use it as inspiration to create something original just for you.

🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?

Since every item is made to order and often customized, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there’s a mistake on our end.

Can I customize thread colors or logo placement?

Yes! You can request specific thread colors or logo placement in your order notes or in person at the kiosk. We’ll confirm all details before starting your piece.

🖥️ I’m having issues with the website. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble checking out or uploading files, DM us on Instagram or email us — we’ll get it fixed quickly.

🧵 Can I see a mockup of my custom design before you start?

Yes! After payment and finalizing design details, we’ll send you a digital preview to confirm before we begin embroidery. If anything changes during digitizing, we’ll reach out.

🧼 How should I care for embroidered items?

To keep your item looking fresh:

  • Turn inside out before washing
  • Use cold or warm water + mild detergent
  • Hang dry or tumble on low
  • Avoid ironing directly on the embroidery
