👚 What brand do you use for sweaters?
We use a small local brand named AMS. Occasionally, they sell out of select colors or sizes, but we’ll reach out if there’s ever an issue!
📏 Where can I find the size chart?
Check out our Size Chart here to make sure your sweater or hoodie fits just right. All sweaters come preshrunken, unisex sizing, and fit true to size.
🎨 Do you accept custom designs or inspiration photos?
Yes! Upload your inspiration, sketch, or logo when placing your order — or DM it first for a quote. We don’t copy other artists’ work exactly, but we’ll create something original inspired by your idea. We can do portraits, characters, logos, or almost anything, and if it’s tricky we’ll do our best.
✨ Can I customize thread colors or logo placement?
Yes! Sleeve embroidery is around 2.25 inches, and larger designs are typically minimum 6.5 inches, though each design may vary based on placement and size. Any edits to premade logos are considered custom and priced separately.
⏳ How long do orders take?
Turnaround is usually up to 1.5 weeks, depending on order volume and holidays. Premade designs may be ready same day or next day if your size/color is in stock.
🚚 Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We offer U.S. shipping and local pickup at our kiosk. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every item is made to order and often customized, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless we made a mistake.
🧵 Can I see a mockup of my custom design before you start?
Yes! After payment and finalizing your design, we’ll send a digital preview to confirm. We’ll reach out if anything changes during digitizing.
🧼 How should I care for embroidered items?
- Turn inside out before washing
- Use cold or warm water + mild detergent
- Hang dry or tumble on low
- Avoid ironing directly on the embroidery

Kiosk Visitors
🧺 Can I bring my own item to be embroidered?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own item. Not all fabrics are ideal — thin or stretchy materials may not hold up well to detailed stitching. Thicker fabrics work best for complex logos.
💰 Pricing:
BYO embroidery typically costs $15–$50, depending on size, placement, and design complexity.
Here’s how it works:
- Bring your item to our kiosk for a free assessment
- We’ll give you a quote and timeline
- If you decide to proceed, you agree to our policy
- Payment is made upfront
- We’ll contact you when your item is ready for pickup

🕒 What are your kiosk hours?
Mon–Thurs: 10am–8pm
Fri–Sat: 10am–9pm
Sun: 11am–8pm
Hours may vary due to weather, holidays, or emergencies.
📩 Can I place an order through Instagram DMs?
We don’t process full orders via DM, but you can message us with questions, custom ideas, or help navigating the site.
Live Embroidery Events
🎉 Can guests request their own designs?
Guests choose from a custom menu we create with the host, keeping the process smooth and ensuring all items look amazing.
⛺ What supplies do you provide, and what does the host need to provide?
We bring a 10x10 white canopy, 6-ft tables, extension cords, white linens, and photo frames for the menu, but only if requested. Hosts can also provide their own decor. The only requirements are a 6x6 ft space, access to power, and adequate lighting.
Note: Our 999 Hosting Package has additional host requirements, such as extra tables, power, and merchandise items.
⏱️ How long does setup take, and when should embroidery stop?
Setup and practice usually take 1.5 hours. We recommend stopping embroidery about 1 hour before the event ends to ensure every item is finished.
👥 Can you accommodate large crowds or multiple items at once?
Yes! With one machine and a 4-hour event, we can serve about 50 guests. For larger groups, consider booking more time, adding machines, or limiting the variety of items.
🕐 What if guests need to leave early?
No problem! Guests who leave early are added next in line as a courtesy, so everyone still gets their item.
