Because all of our sweaters are made to order and customized just for you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This includes changes in size, color, or design after an order has been placed.
We kindly ask that you double-check all order details—including text, design selections, sizes, and shipping information—before checking out.
Custom & Personalized Items
Orders that include any of the following are final sale and non-refundable:

Modified designs from the original listing photos

Custom portraits or artwork

Personalized names or messages

Embroidery on sleeves or other special placements
Since these items are uniquely created for each customer, they cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there was a mistake on our end, please contact us at 999angelnumbers@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to review the issue and work with you on a resolution if it falls outside of the custom order limitations.
