Processing Times
All of our items are made to order and carefully custom embroidered just for you. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order ships. Processing time may vary based on current order volume, item availability, and seasonal demand (e.g., holidays such as Christmas may result in extended production times).

We always strive to get your order out as quickly as possible, and your patience is appreciated while we craft your custom piece.

Delays & Communication
If there is ever a delay beyond the stated processing window, we will personally reach out to update you on your order status and expected ship date. Our priority is to keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Times
Shipping time is additional and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected delivery speed.

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within United States. International shipping is not available at the moment.
