🧵 Bring Your Own Item to Be Embroidered

We love personalizing items you already own! Our BYO service allows you to bring in your own sweatshirt, tote, or other item and have it embroidered with your custom design.

How It Works

1. Bring Your Item to the Kiosk

  • Stop by our location at The Outlets at Orange, right outside Crocs and near Starbucks.
  • Our team will inspect your item for suitability.

2. Free Assessment & Quote

  • Not all fabrics are ideal for embroidery. Thin or stretchy materials may not hold up well to detailed stitching.
  • We’ll give you a quote based on your item, design size, placement, and complexity.


3. Agree to Our BYO Policy

  • By proceeding, you agree to our BYO Item Policy, which includes the following key points:

-Items are embroidered at your own risk.
-We cannot offer refunds or replacements if an item is damaged during embroidery, but we will always try to fix any issues.
-All items must be suitable for embroidery; we may decline items that are too thin, stretchy, or fragile.


4. Payment

  • Payment is upfront, based on your approved quote.

5. Embroidery & Pickup

  • We’ll embroider your item with care.
  • Once complete, we’ll contact you to pick it up at our kiosk.

Pricing

BYO embroidery typically costs $15–$50, depending on the size, placement, and complexity of the design.

Limitations

Portraits and car logos are restricted to blank items, not BYO items for embroidery. These designs are intricate and more error-prone.
